Here is how to tell them apart.
If you run a building, choose Reqzi for buildings: it is for blocks, estates and build-to-rent schemes with a front desk, staff and residents to serve. If you let and manage homes, choose Reqzi Go: it is for private landlords and letting agents, and their tenants. A portfolio can contain both kinds of property, so some businesses will want both.
No. They are separate products with their own apps and their own plans, built by one company on one idea: every door has two sides. Reqzi for buildings is about running a building. Reqzi Go is about running a tenancy.

No, and they never will. The Reqzi Resident app is free to residents and takes no payments from them at all. Tenants on Reqzi Go pay their rent to their landlord or agent, and pay Reqzi nothing for the app.
Your data stays yours. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped to your organisation so no other customer can see it, and processed only to run the service you are paying for, under UK GDPR. We do not sell personal data or run advertising trackers. Each product publishes its own privacy notice, and the security page lists every provider that processes data on our behalf.
Reqzi Go takes minutes: create a free account, add a property and invite a tenant, with no card needed for the first property. Reqzi for buildings starts with a demo so we can size a plan to your portfolio, and most teams are live within days of that call. There is no installation and no hardware for either.
